1. Services Provided

Dominex Truck Repair provides heavy-duty truck repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and 24/7 emergency roadside assistance, including but not limited to:

• Engine and drivetrain repairs

• Emissions and aftertreatment diagnostics

• Brake, suspension, and steering repairs

• Electrical and ECM diagnostics

• Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections

• Mobile roadside repairs and emergency services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion if safety, legality, or operational concerns arise.

 

2. Service Estimates & Pricing

• Any price estimates provided are approximations only and may change after full diagnosis.

• Final pricing depends on parts availability, labor required, and unforeseen issues discovered during repair.

• We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant cost changes before proceeding with additional work.

• You are responsible for all agreed-upon charges once services are completed.

 

3. Authorization to Perform Work

By requesting service (in-shop or roadside), you authorize Dominex Truck Repair to:

• Inspect, test, and diagnose your vehicle

• Perform agreed-upon repairs or services

• Order necessary parts

• Test-drive or operate your vehicle as needed for diagnostics or verification

You confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized representative of the vehicle.

 

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due upon completion of service.

• We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.

• For roadside or emergency services, payment may be required before or immediately after service.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or collection actions where permitted by law.

 

5. Parts & Warranty

• Parts used in repairs may be new, remanufactured, or OEM-equivalent unless otherwise specified.

• Any warranty on parts or labor will be communicated separately in your invoice or service agreement.

• We are not responsible for failures caused by misuse, neglect, improper operation, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work.

 

6. Roadside & Emergency Services

For 24/7 roadside assistance:

• Response times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and location.

• Some roadside repairs are temporary to make the vehicle safe to move; further in-shop repairs may be required.

• You acknowledge that working conditions at roadside locations may limit the scope of repairs.

 

7. Vehicle Storage & Liability

• Vehicles left on our property for repair or after service must be picked up within a reasonable time frame (typically [X] days).

• We may charge storage fees for vehicles left beyond this period.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire, weather, or acts beyond our control.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Dominex Truck Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime, or business interruption.

• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and service information

• Disclose any known mechanical issues

• Ensure safe access to the vehicle for roadside service

• Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety recommendations after repairs

 

10. Website Use

By using our Site, you agree that you will not:
